Imagine our surprise yesterday when we met an adorable couple from England who knocked on our door looking for lodging. One difference Carl and I have discovered between US and UK travelers is that Americans seem to travel overseas in groups. Not so for European travelers. They tend to fly into a city, rent a car and then hit the road. One evening we had a couple check in from Germany and we talked until 2:00 am in the morning! Needless to say, we gave them a free night. The Turners were adorable as have been all our European guests. This is just another reason Carl and I love owning a bed and breakfast.

Surprise from England
Imagine our surprise yesterday when we met an adorable couple from England who knocked on our door looking for lodging.
