Shane as he crossed the Silver Comet Line in Georgia. Darlene drove him to Piedmont, AL about 20 minutes from the secret then Shane rode his bike into Georgia. Now, that's true love.

We had such a great time staying at The Secret for our 16th anniversary. It was just the getaway we needed! The Sugar Shack was fantastic. We loved the breathtaking view of the valley below. Darlene enjoyed roaming around the lodge looking at all the photo albums. The rooftop pool was amazing. Carl made us a great breakfast also and I loaded up on fuel before leaving on the bike ride. The 94 mile bike ride started at Woodland Park in Anniston for the 33 miles to the AL - GA state line and the remaining 61 miles of the Silver Comet ended in Smyrna, GA. taking 6 hours and 45 minutes. We have made many memories this week and I am so glad The Secret is part of those. Thank-you Diann and Carl.
